PUT Sunflower oil in a saucepan, chop the onions and let them in the saucepan until it turns yellow. Put the potatoes in the same pan and let them go again. When the potatoes are ready, add kilek or the same amount of herring to the pan. In kilek, you need to cut off the heads and tails beforehand and clean the guts. Herring is cleaned in the usual way, but the ridge and bones are necessarily removed. All contents must be mixed well. Then pass the whole mixture through a meat grinder and add raw apples crushed on a meat grinder. You can additionally fill with oil (to taste), pepper. Place the finished snack over the herring and garnish with slices of boiled egg.
