Windsor salad
Slice the champignons. Cut meat and cucumbers into small cubes. Cut the celery into straws. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and horseradish, add a little sugar, pepper and salt. Mix all the ingredients and season with the sauce. Let it brew for 20 minutes. Serve to the table on a dish lined with lettuce leaves.
