Puff salad with chicken and nuts
Boil chicken, carrots, potatoes, eggs and mushrooms separately. Boiled chicken meat without skin and bones and boiled mushrooms cut into small pieces, chop nuts. Grate on a flat dish with an even layer: - half of the carrots; - half of the cheese; - half of the eggs; - half of the potatoes. Densely brush with mayonnaise, lay out an even layer of mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Then grate again in layers: - half of the potatoes; - half of the eggs; - smear with mayonnaise; - half of the cheese; - half of the carrots. Put soak overnight in the refrigerator.
