Salad with chicken, oranges and green peas

Another chicken salad option.

chicken fillet - 200 g, orange - 1 pc., Canned green peas - 4 tbsp. spoons, apple - 3 pcs., eggs - 1 pc., lettuce leaves - 5-7 sheets, mayonnaise - 6 tbsp. spoons, parsley greens - 1 tbsp. spoon

Oranges are very interesting in this recipe for chicken salad. Boil the egg hard-boiled, peel and slice. Peel the orange and halve it. Cut one half into circles, and the other into small pieces, removing the bones. Cut the chicken fillet and apples, peeled and cored, into small cubes, mix with the liquidized green peas and finely chopped orange, season with half the mayonnaise and mix well. Line a vase or salad bowl with washed lettuce leaves, put chicken with fruits on them with a slide, decorate with orange circles, egg slices and curly cut pieces of apples. Apply a mesh of the remaining mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with parsley greens. Serve chilled.
