Sausage and egg salad




Disassemble the salad into leaves, rinse, dry and cut into pieces. Cut cucumber, radishes and onions into circles. Mix everything and put in a salad bowl. Roll the sausage slices with your fists, fill with a mixture of vegetables and put in a salad. Top with quarters of eggs and fill with dressing. For dressing, beat vegetable oil with vinegar, add crushed greens, salt and pepper.
