"europa" pineapple salad
Cut the chicken, separate the meat (or use chicken breasts), boil or fry the meat in large pieces, then cut not very finely. Cut the top of the pineapple and leave to decorate the salad. Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes. Peel the pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into cubes. Mix chicken meat, pineapple, pepper, corn, season with mayonnaise, salt and mix. Put a small piano in the center of a large salad bowl, place the top of the pineapple in it, put the salad around and decorate with cilantro, parsley, pieces of pepper and pineapple.
