Peasant salad
Rinse the schnitt onions and cut into rings with scissors. Mix vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and schnitt onions with a whisk until a homogeneous sauce is obtained. Cut the cheese, sausage and cucumber into slices, pour over the sauce and stir.
