Estonian salad

beef meat is boiled, cooled and poured with cucumber marinade (kept in the refrigerator) for a day. then meat is diced, combined with onions sautéed in oil with tomato, chopped pickled cucumbers, boiled carrots and potatoes. put in a salad bowl and decorate with herbs and hard-boiled egg.

beef - 5 tbsp. spoons, onions - 1 pc., vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. spoons, tomato paste - 1 tsp, cucumbers - 4 pcs., carrots - 1 pc., eggs - 1 pc., greens to taste, cucumber brine - 2 cups, potatoes - 1 pc., salt to taste
