Spinach salad with egg
Rinse the spinach well, remove the hard stems, dry and put in a salad bowl. Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, dry mustard, salt and honey, beat with a whisk until homogeneous and heat. Pour the dressing onto the spinach and mix. If the spinach is hard, put it with the dressing in a saucepan and warm up for a minute. Sprinkle the ready-made spinach with grated eggs, lay the turkey pieces on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
