Poultry salad with ham




Dip tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds and peel off the skin. Cut the tomatoes into small slices. Cut chicken brisket, ham and cheese into strips of the same size. Go through the lettuce leaves, rinse and let drain the water. Prepare mayonnaise: beat the yolk with a mixer with salt and sugar until dense, then start mixing vegetable oil dropwise to the egg yolk (oil and yolk should be the same temperature). When thickened, add lemon juice, ground pepper and mustard. Cut the garlic clove in half and grate the inside of the salad bowl with it, then lay it out with lettuce leaves. Put prepared pieces of tomatoes, ham, poultry and cheese on the lettuce leaves, decorate with parsley greens. Separately, serve mayonnaise to the salad.

salad - 1 head, tomatoes - 2 pcs., chicken breast - 2 pieces, ham - 125g, Swiss cheese - 125g, garlic - 1 wedge, yolk - 1 pc., salt - 1 pinch, sugar - 1 pinch, vegetable oil - 0.5 cups, lemon juice - 1 tbsp. spoon, freshly ground white pepper to taste, mustard to taste, parsley greens to taste
