Pork lard dandelion salad

Wash and dry the dandelions, cut the leaves into strips. Transfer the dandelions to a salad bowl, sprinkle with black pepper and salt, and stir. Cut pork lard into small cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the lard, stirring, 10-12 minutes until golden. After that, add the vinegar, stir and you pour the lard with the melted fat into the dandelions. Still stir again and serve immediately.
