With each tangerine eaten, the New Year is approaching a couple of minutes! : ) And since I do not really like these citrus fruits, and I look forward to the New Year, in order to speed up its onset, I prepare this incredibly tasty chicken salad with tangerines and canned pineapples. The ingredients are minimal, but the taste of this meat salad with exotic fruits is very harmonious.

The ingredients are minimal, but the taste of this meat salad with exotic fruits is very harmonious.
Chicken fillet - 200 g, Chicken hip (without skin) - 1 pc. (200-250 g), Tangerines - 2-3 pc., Canned pineapples (rings) - 4 pc. (150 g), Mayonnaise - 50 g, Salt - to taste, Frozen cranberries (optional) - to taste
Prepare products. Drain the liquid from the canned pineapples. I picked up chicken breast fillet and chicken hip, but you can use one thing.
Boil chicken meat in salted water until tender (20-25 minutes). If the hip is large, then after 25 minutes of cooking, remove the breast from the broth, and cook the hip for another 5-10 minutes. Cool the chicken meat. If you have a lot of time left, cool the meat in the broth, then it will be juicier. I cooled in a plate, because due to tangerines, the salad is already juicy enough.
