Delicious bob salad
Eat the liquid from the canned beans. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings, chop the garlic very finely. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Cut the lard into small cubes, heat in a pan until brown, the squashes should become crisp. Remove the ready-made skewers from the pan, cool a little. Mix the vinegar with 2 tbsp. l water, salt and ground pepper, add the vegetable oil and mix. Mix beans, onions, garlic, sausage and skewers, pour over the resulting sauce. Close the salad with a lid and leave to brew at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped fresh herbs before serving.
