Salad "with a bang!"
Cut the meat into small cubes, salt, pepper and fry until tender (you can add a little vinegar). Cut the barrel into small cubes and dry in the oven. Grate raw carrots and cheese on a coarse grater. The number of products should be taken approximately the same in volume. Run the garlic through the press and mix with mayonnaise (you can not use garlic). Mix and season with mayonnaise just before serving so that the croutons are not soaked.
