Salad "gissar"
Boil potatoes and carrots, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Finely chop the onions, cut the boiled lamb into cubes, and slice the cucumbers. Combine all the ingredients, salt, pepper and mix. Put the salad on a slide in a salad bowl, decorate with circles of cucumber, tomato, eggs, pour sour cream and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
