Salad "fantasia"
Boil the meat, cool, cut into small cubes. Boil potatoes, beets and carrots separately, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater in separate plates. Finely chop the onions, pour water in half with vinegar, for 10 minutes, then drain the water. Boil the eggs and cut into small cubes. Put in layers on a large dish, rinsing each layer with mayonnaise: -half beetroot; -half carrots; -cartofel; -myaso; -luk; -egg; -half carrots; -half beets. Grease with mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with pomegranate grains or red currant. Let soak for 3-4 hours.
pork - 300-400 g, potatoes - 4 pcs., carrots - 4 pcs., beets - 2 pcs., eggs - 4 pcs., onions - 2 pcs., vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons, pomegranate - 1 pc., or red currant - 200 g, mayonnaise - 400 g
