Ham rice salad

Boil rice in salted water until crumbly. Cast in a colander, let the water drain. Cut the peeled sweet pepper, ham, salami and cheese into straws. Cut hot peppers and spring onions into thin rings, finely chop the parsley. Beat the vegetable oil with salt and pepper. Mix everything, fill with gas, leave to soak. Sprinkle with olives on top before serving, garnish with parsley greens.
