Meat salad with green beans or peas




A delicious and very hearty meat salad with green beans, which is given the spiciness of pickles and horseradish, and pickled pumpkin and apples add spice.

Meat, ham or sausage (you can cut a mixture of meat products) into cubes or thin slices, cut cucumbers in the same way as meat. Boil potatoes or pasta, carrots, eggs and finely chop. Finely chop the onions, mix the sauce with the onions and grated horseradish. Mix the meat with the green beans, vegetables and eggs, season the salad with the green beans with the prepared sauce, or serve the sauce separately in a saucepan.
