Strawberry salad with fried chicken breast
Rinse the fillet, dry with a napkin, salt, pepper. Fry in butter until tender for about 3 minutes, cool, cut into strips. Rinse the salad and strawberries, let the water drain. Drain the juice from the tangerines, cut into pieces. Put plates with lettuce leaves, put pieces of fillet and fruits on the leaves. For the sauce, mix vinegar, sherry, mustard and vegetable oil, pour over the salad. Drizzle the salad with lemon juice and garnish with the spring onions.
