Potato salad with cheese
Peel the potatoes, boil in the stock, chill and slice. Cut the cucumbers in half, then slice across. Dice the cheese and onions, cut the ham into strips, cut the celery spring onions and salad, too. For dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, 100 ml of decoction, salt and pepper, add onions. Put salad, potatoes, cucumbers and celery in the dressing, let it brew for half an hour. Add the ham and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
