Potato salad "russian"

Dice, add finely chopped boiled beef, wedges of chopped radishes, green peas, chopped cool eggs and pickled cucumbers, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Gently stir everything with a fork to keep the pieces of food intact. Put a slide in a salad bowl or serve in portions in creams and pour mayonnaise or thick sour cream. Serve chilled. The proportions of the products are arbitrary, to taste.
