Finnish salad
Finely chop the pre-soaked herring fillet, cut into cubes of boiled potatoes, boiled meat, pickled beets, onions, egg and cucumbers. Mix it all up. Bake the apples in the oven, peel, add the resulting mash to the salad, pepper with large ground black pepper and mix. Before serving, whisk the cream, mix with the salad, garnish with herbs.
