Danish potato salad
Wash and boil the potatoes in a uniform, cool, peel and slice. Cut radishes into slices, cucumbers into cubes, tomatoes into 8 parts. For dressing, mix yogurt, mayonnaise and cucumber brine, salt, pepper, sugar and finely chopped spring onions. Mix everything, fill with dressing, mix. Top with the tomato wedges and ham, diced.
