Salad "mimosa"
Cut the bulb onions into thin rings, pour cold water with a spoonful of vinegar for 30 minutes, then drain the water, squeeze the onions slightly. Boil the eggs, cut into circles of 0. 5 cm, leave one yolk to decorate. Grate the cheese, mix with mayonnaise and thick sour cream. Peel the apples, grate on a coarse grater, squeeze slightly, drain the juice. Put on a large flat plate in even layers: - a thin layer of cheese mass; - egg circles; - raw mass; - bulb onions; - apples; - cheese mass layer; - egg circles; - raw mass. In the center, pour a circle of grated yolk, fill around with green onions. Put the salad in the freezer for 5-7 minutes, then keep in the fridge.
