Salad "mimosa"
Drain the liquid from the fish, remove the bones, mash the flesh. Boil the potatoes and carrots, chill, peel and grate. Chop the onions very finely. Grate the cheese. Boil the eggs, separate the protein from the yolk and grate. Cool the oil strongly and grate directly into the salad. Collect the salad in this order: salmon; mayonnaise; onions; mayonnaise; proteins; mayonnaise; butter; cheese; carrots; mayonnaise; potatoes; mayonnaise; yolks.
canned salmon - 1 can, mayonnaise - 1 pack, onions - 1 pc., eggs - 4 pcs., butter - 60 g, cheese - 100 g, potatoes - 3 pcs., green onions to taste, carrots - 1 pc.
