Potato salad with onions

Boil the potatoes, peel, cool, cut into thin slices. Fold into a salad bowl, salt, add chopped onions and season with vegetable 'oil, vinegar or lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped greens, pepper and add mustard to taste.
