Red beet and apple salad

Grate on a coarse grater along with the skin, if not very coarse, 100g red beetroot. Grate 200 g of apples on a coarse grater along with the skin and testes. Mix everything with the ground nuts (50g) and finely chopped onions (50g). Arrange the salad, season with lemon juice and garnish with parsley greens. Sprinkle with a mixture of tarragon, dill.
