Savoury nut salad
Peel, gut, rinse and chop the herring. Boil the potatoes. Cut into cubes boiled potatoes, beets, apples, cucumber onions. Mix everything, add crushed nuts, season with vegetable oil and mayonnaise. Put the salad on a slide in a salad bowl, sprinkle with grated egg and crushed spring onions.
herring (fillet) 4 pcs., potatoes - 2 pcs., beets - 4 pcs., apple - 2 pcs., bulb onions - 2 pcs., walnut - 1 cup, low-salted cucumbers - 2 pcs., eggs - 3 pcs., mayonnaise - 250 ml, vegetable oil to taste
