Celery, apple and nut salad
Cut the peeled apples and celery stalk into slices. Blow over walnuts with boiling water, peel from the shell and not chop too finely. Mix everything, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Put the salad on a slide in a salad bowl, decorate with lettuce leaves.
