Raw red beet salad and radish

Grate 100g beets and 100g radishes on a coarse grater. Season with honey and lemon juice, stir. Pour butter, sprinkle with nuts and finely chopped onions. Decorate the salad with circles of radish or beetroot and leaves of parsley, marjoram or basil.
