Young radish salad with herbs and spices

Clean the radish, rinse well with cold water and cut into thin slices. Wash parsley (or dill) and throw it in a colander so that the glasses are water. Finely chop the spring onions and parsley, crush the garlic, cut the red capsicum into thin strips. Mix the radish with the chopped parsley, salt, add the onion, garlic, red capsicum, ginger and sugar. Leave for 3-4 hours. Fill the spice-soaked radish with a little cold boiled water (so that the water only slightly covers the radish). Salt can be added to taste. Close the dishes tightly with a lid and put in a dark place. The salad will be ready in 2-3 days.
