Radish salad with egg in sour cream
Cut radishes into thin slices, salt, season with sour cream. Vinegar, sugar and pepper can be added to taste. Put the salad on a slide in a salad bowl, decorate with slices of egg, lettuce leaves, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
radishes (white or red) 150g, eggs 70g, sour cream 80g, lettuce 10g, salt to taste, dill to taste
