Radish salad with soy sauce

Wash the radishes and clean the tails and upper colored skin. Cut the prepared radishes into strips or thin diamonds, sprinkle with salt and leave to drain. After 20-25 minutes, when the radish is brittle, rinse it well several times in cold boiled water and roll it back into a colander. Peel the red pepper from seeds and stalks, cut into strips and fry lightly in vegetable oil. Add the fried red pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar to the radishes and gently but mix thoroughly. This salad creates a fresh feeling and will be a great addition to porridge and meat and fish dishes.
