Radish salad

Peel and wash 15-20 radishes, cut into circles and put on a dish. Boil hard-boiled 2 eggs, separate the protein, cut into thin strips and sprinkle radishes with them. Salt the yolks, rub with a fork and mix with a glass of sour milk. Add a quarter teaspoon of sugar, a tablespoon of vinegar, a spoonful of sunflower oil, salt to taste. Beat the resulting mixture and pour radishes with it. Top the salad with finely chopped herbs.
