Radish salad

Dilute the flour in cold water, stirring, bring to the boil and cool. Roughly cut the green radish leaves, and cut the radish itself into circles. Finely chop the garlic, chop the spring onions and red peppers, grate the horseradish and season with this radishes mixture. Salt and mix well. Season the salad with chilled flour sauce, stir again and, transferring to a glass or enameled (but not aluminum! ) Dish with a lid, close tightly and place in a cool place. The salad will be ready in 1-2 days.
