Munich-style tomato salad
Cut tomatoes into wedges, cut sausage into slices, finely chop cucumbers, onions and spring onions. For dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, add spring onions, mix. Put sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in a dressing, mix, let it brew for half an hour. Disassemble the salad into leaves, rinse, dry and cut into pieces. Put salad leaves on plates, put salad on them.
