Tomato salad (tomates a la vinaigrette)

Put fresh ripe but strong tomatoes into boiling water for a few seconds. Cool, skin, cut into slices. Spread the tomato slices on a plate, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then pour over the tomatoes with a few spoons of dressing (see recipe 5
1) and top with the parsley and celery greens.
