Herring tomato salad-1

Wash the celery roots and soak for 20-25 minutes in cold water. Peel the herring from the bones and cut into small pieces. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel and finely chop (leave 1 yolk to decorate). Wash the pomidors and cut into small slices, and finely straw the celery. Add the herring, eggs, black and red ground pepper, salt, stir gently and season the salad with mayonnaise, then stir well again and place in a salad bowl or deep plate. Garnish the salad with slices of tomatoes and a crumbled boiled yolk.
