Tomato salad with croutons
Disassemble the salad into leaves, rinse, dry and tear with your hands into pieces. Peel and cut sweet peppers into straws, radishes and eggs into slices, tomatoes into wedges. Peel the slices of bread, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden. For dressing, mix yogurt with wine vinegar, add crushed greens, salt and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients and pour over the dressing. Serve immediately so that the croutons are not soaked.
