Iwasi herring "under a fur coat"

Low-salted iwasi herring - 300 g, Svyokla - 1 pc., Potatoes - 5 pcs., Salted cucumbers - 1 pc., Eggs - 2 pcs., Onions, lettuce, purple - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 150 g, Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 10 ml, Parsley greens (for decoration, optional) - 1 sprigPrepare all the necessary ingredients.
Boil beets in salted water until tender, within 40-50 minutes (depends on the size of the root crop). Chill the boiled beets.
In a separate pan, cook potatoes in salted water until tender, within 30 minutes (depends on the size of the root crops). Chill the cooked potatoes.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, within 8 minutes from the moment the water boils. Pour cold water over the boiled eggs and cool.
Cut the salted fish into fillet: cut off the head, cut the abdomen and remove the insides, take out the ridge and remove all small bones, remove the skin from the fish fillet.
Finely chop the fish fillet.
Cut the onions into small cubes. (If the onion is not salad, then it is better to pour it for 5 minutes with boiling water to remove the bitterness. )
Grate salted cucumbers on a coarse grater or finely chop.
