Cucumber salad (salade de concombres)

Peel the cucumbers and cut them in circles. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a mixer or bottle. Pour the cucumbers over the dressing and mix. Before serving, refrigerate the salad for 30 minutes. Serve the salad on the table, sprinkling dill or chervel over the top.
