Puff salad with radish

Radish daikon (large) - 1/2 pcs. (250 g), Onions (small) - 1/3 pcs., Potatoes (large) - 1 pc. (150-200 g), carrots (medium size) - 1 pc., Sour apple (small) - 1 pc., Eggs - 2 pcs., Mayonnaise - 100 g, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Wine vinegar 6% - 1 tbsp. spoon, Sugar - 1 tsp without a slidePrepare products. Clean and wash the radish.
Boil potatoes and carrots in salted water until cooked (30 minutes after boiling). Then get the cooked vegetables on a plate and cool.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled (10 minutes after boiling) and cool in cold water.
Grate the radish on a large grater. Blow the radish with boiling water to remove the bitterness.
Peel and finely chop the onions. Add vinegar and sugar to the onion. Stir and let the onions marinate for 10 minutes (as long as possible).
Peel and grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater, too.
Hard boiled eggs, peel and separate the yolks from the proteins. Grate the egg whites on a fine grater (or finely chop).

Then the salad with radish is laid out in layers on a wide dish. To give the salad the shape of a cake, a culinary ring is used (in this case, a diameter of 9 cm). Put the potatoes in the first layer, salt and grease with mayonnaise. On top is a layer of onion. Salt and pepper. If desired, also lubricate with mayonnaise.
Then lay out a layer of radish and salt again, pepper and grease with mayonnaise.
The next layer is made of carrots.
Peel and grate the apple on a coarse grater. It is recommended to do this at this stage, since the apple quickly darkens. Or alternatively, you can sprinkle grated apples with lemon juice.
Lay the apples with the next layer of lettuce.
Spread the yolks over the apples, leaving half to decorate the salad, and grease with mayonnaise.
The last layer is proteins. On top, the salad can be salted and pepper again.
Decorate a layered salad with rare yolks on top, forming a kind of flower.
Let the salad soak in the fridge for an hour before serving.
