Salmon - 1 jar (240 g), Mayonnaise - 1 jar (200 g), Onions - 1 pc., Protein - 4 pcs., Butter - to taste (50-100 g), Cheese - to taste (100-150 g), Boiled carrots - 3 pcs., Potatoes - 3 pcs., Green onions - to taste, Yolk - 4 pcs., Greens (for decoration) - to tasteProducts for salad "Mimosa" in front of you.
How to make Mimosa salad: Wash, fold potatoes and carrots into casanques, pour cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cook in a uniform under a lid until the vegetables are ready (about 20 minutes potatoes, about 30 minutes carrots). Drain the water. Cool. Clean.
Put the eggs in a saucepan. Fill with cold water. Add 1 tsp salt. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Reduce the fire to medium, boil hard (about 10 minutes). Drain the water. Fill with cold water. Cool.
Peel the eggs. Rinse. Separate proteins from yolks.
Clean and wash the onions. Cut into cubes.
Wash the onions green and chop.
Open a jar of canned salmon. Drain some oil. Grind salmon with a fork.
Then put the salmon in a salad bowl and spread mayonnaise to taste (2-3 tbsp).
Place the prepared onions in the next layer.
Grate the rest of the products directly into the salad bowl in layers in the following sequence: - egg whites;
- butter from the freezer;
- grated cheese + mayonnaise (2-3 tbsp);
- boiled carrots + mayonnaise (2-3 tbsp);
- boiled potatoes + mayonnaise (2-3 tbsp);
- green onions;
- egg yolks. Decorate the salad "Mimosa" at will, cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Salad "Mimosa" is ready, you can serve. Enjoy your meal!
