Shrimp salad

A simple recipe for shrimp salad is with egg and lettuce leaves.

shrimp - 200 g, green salad - 1.5 bunch, boiled eggs - 2-3 pcs., vegetable oil - 100 g, vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons, lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons, mustard - 1 tsp, ground black pepper to taste, salt to taste

Disassemble the salad into leaves, rinse, dry and finely chop. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and cut into pieces. For the sauce in a jar, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt. Close the jar tightly with a lid and shake well. Mix the salad, eggs and peeled boiled shrimp, pour over the sauce and stir. Shrimp salad is ready!
