Salad with pineapple and shrimp

A sophisticated salad with pineapple and shrimp will help you to pleasantly surprise guests.

rice - 150 g, pineapple - 0.5 pcs., yolk - 2 pcs., orange (zest and juice) 0.5 pcs., lemon (juice) 0.5 pcs., milk - 2 tbsp. spoons, pepper to taste, salt to taste, vegetable oil - 250 g, cognac - 2 tbsp. spoons, shrimp - 150 g, beans germinated 50 g, coconut shavings - 1 tbsp. spoon

Boil rice in salted water until crumbly. Cast in a colander, let the water drain. Peel the pineapple, cut out the grub, cut the flesh into small cubes. Beat the yolks with orange juice and zest, continuing to beat add lemon juice, milk, curry powder and pepper. Gently stir vegetable oil and cognac into the whipped mixture. Mix rice, shrimp, pineapple and sprouted beans, pour over the sauce, let soak for half an hour. Brown the coconut chips in a pan and sprinkle the finished salad with pineapple and shrimp.
