Fruit rice salad




Boil rice in salted water until tender, cast it into a colander, blow it with cold water and let it drain well. Pour crab meat 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice. Rinse strawberries and celery, cut strawberries into wedges, celery into pieces. Peel the avocado, remove the bone and pour a spoon of lemon juice over the flesh. Cut the brynza into strips.
