Shrimp salad

Frozen shrimps are thawed in air, washed and boiled in salted water (1 L of water 10 - 20 g of salt) for 3- 4 minutes. Cooked shrimp is cooled, freed from shell, broken into fibres, mixed with chopped vegetables, seasoned with mayonnaise and "Yuzhny" sauce.
