Salad "autumn"




Boil the shrimp with spices, cool and peel. Peel the apples, slice and drizzle with lemon juice. Grate the carrots, cut the tomatoes into cubes, finely chop the greens. Finely grind cabbage and onions, salt and mash with your hands so that vegetables give juice. Add carrots, tomatoes and part of the shrimp, stir. Rinse the lettuce leaves, let the water drain and put them in a salad bowl or plate, put the cabbage salad on the leaves in an even layer, put the remaining shrimp and apples on top. Prepare the dressing. Mix vegetable oil, mustard and lemon juice, add salt, sugar and pepper. Pour over the salad and sprinkle over the greens.
