Exotic salad
For Exotic salad, pickled mackerel is pre-made in a marinade of vinegar, vegetable oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, sugar and water.
mackerel fillet - 300 g, crab meat - 100 g, eggs - 1 pc., olives and olives 100 g, peach - 1 pc., or nectarin - 1 pc., mayonnaise - 0.5 cans, lemon - 1 pc., greens to taste, spices to taste
For the marinade, mix 1 tbsp. tablespoon vinegar, vegetable oil and water, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, salt and sugar. Finely chop the fish, pour over the marinade and allow to stand under the load for about 1 hours. Mix olives and olives with crab meat, add chopped peach, chopped egg, spices, herbs, season with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour the resulting sauce into the pickled fish.
