Trepang salad with cucumbers

Cut the processed trepangs lengthwise into pieces 1-
1. 5 cm wide, roll over with cool boiling water, rinse with cold water and roll back into a colander. Wash the cucumbers and cut into thin narrow strips 5 cm long. Finely cut the green onions. Chop the garlic. Mix the prepared trepangs with cucumbers, spring onions, garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame (or olive) oil, mustard, sugar, salt and mix thoroughly. Put the finished salad on a slide on a dish, cool a little and serve on the table.
